Please note that the following situations are not covered under the standard fulfillment timeframe:

  • • The product was out of stock at the time of your order;
  • • Unexpected delays due to logistics, warehouse constraints, or force majeure (e.g., holidays, weather disruptions).

  • • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Additional Details About Shipping to Canada

For shipments to Canada, our default carrier is YunExpress Logistics. If you would like to use a specific carrier, such as UPS, please contact our online customer service.

Please note that deliveries to remote or extended areas in Canada may incur additional delivery area surcharges. The exact surcharge depends on your postal code. To confirm the applicable fee, please contact our customer service before placing your order. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Canadian customers are also responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes.
