Our GPS dog collar is designed to track your pet's location using cellular and GPS technology. The device requires an active subscription plan to function. We strive to provide accurate location tracking, but acknowledge that GPS and cellular signals may be affected by environmental factors, building structures, weather conditions, or service coverage limitations.
To use the GPS tracking features, you must purchase and maintain an active subscription plan. Subscription options include:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges until cancellation is processed.
Our mobile application is required to set up, configure, and monitor your GPS dog collar. The app is available for iOS and Android devices and requires a compatible device and operating system.

Our Services are intended solely for tracking and monitoring your own pets with your consent. You may use the Services to locate your pet, set up safe zones, receive escape alerts, and monitor activity and health metrics.

The GPS dog collar device is sold at a one-time cost of $67 (limited time pricing). All sales are final unless the product is defective or does not conform to specifications. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are charged in advance based on your selected plan. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If automatic renewal fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend your service until payment is received.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Device pricing may change after the promotional period ends. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
Device Refunds: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on device purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (device must be returned in original condition).
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
We warrant that the GPS dog collar will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, water damage beyond rated specifications, or unauthorized modifications.
IMPORTANT: Our GPS tracking service is a tool to help locate your pet but should not be relied upon as the sole method of pet safety. We cannot guarantee:

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTED PET PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trusted Pet Products, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Trusted Pet Products and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
